This design is featured in Petra Williams' "Staffordshire Romantic Transfer Patterns, Volume 1" page 140, where she confirms that the pattern was made by Jacob Furnival & Co. and, also, by Cotton and Barlow, of Longton, Staffordshire.

This pattern name was reused by Furnivals Ltd in the production of dinnerware around 1898:
