CEYLON T. FURNIVAL & SONS
This advertisement, from the 1911 A La Paix catalogue, shows a Furnival's Ceylon transferware plate. The complete 12 place table and dessert service is shown as retailing there at 175 francs.
A La Paix was a luxury gallery, situated at 34 Avenue de L'Opera in Paris. They sold china, porcelain, art pottery and glass in the 19th century and later had a decorating studio that made art ceramics for the early modernists.
